When a brand shares its retail identity guidelines, we break down their retail guidelines into different elements such as signage, tiling, painting, furniture etc. We have a proprietary specs management tool where we build specifications & codify each element for easy retrieval. At the time of production, the vendor refers to specific codes & starts production.
Brand Element Standardization
Using a smart recce app, the site engineers/ vendors can create a real-time recce by capturing the internal & external environment of the store. The app also allows you to mark dimensions or any other comments. Once submitted, the recce is synced with our project management dashboard instantly where other stakeholders can start working immediately.
Smart Recce & Pre-planning
From the gathered recce inputs, the design team starts working on designing the 2D layouts and other custom brand requirements. To avoid multiple communication channels and ensure a seamless flow of info, all the designs are uploaded on the dashboard itself where the account management team can easily take approval from the client’s end.
Speedy design and innovation
After the client’s approval on design and BOQ requirements, the project goes for production. Our tech-driven dashboard automatically selects the right suppliers based on their previous performance, available bandwidth and the geography allocated.

All the stages of planning, designing and production are monitored on the dashboard and can be tracked real-time. The stakeholders can collaborate, view, comment and discuss the progress of the project at all times.
