Yokohama strategized to expand the presence of their premium category YCN stores at PAN India level in a very short span of time. The brand wanted to nurture their brand identity and grow hand in hand with evolving consumer wants and needs, ever-increasing innovation, and shifting (often increasing) corporate expectations.

Scope of Work

  • Nurturing Production drawing for New Brand Identity provided by Yokohama
  • Production feasibility to be ensured focusing Expansion in West and South Regions
  • Product Sample to be reviewed and finalized by Yokohama team
  • Recce based 2D and 3Ds to be prepared
  • Quality Material should be supplied during the execution stage: Signage, External Branding, Internal Branding, Furniture and Paint Job.
